In this bittersweet romantic comedy, Parisian newlyweds Adam and Anna travel to Poland in part to reconnect with their Jewish heritage and homeland as they plan to attend a ceremony in the village where Adam’s grandfather grew up. Unable to bridge past and present in this strange yet familiar land, the eye-opening journey doesn’t go as planned.
