Free Film Screening August 21-23
Virtual MJFF continues with The Keeper, The incredible true story of Bert Trautmann, a German soldier and POW who, against a backdrop of British post-war protest and prejudice, becomes a soccer icon. Simultaneously a love story, a sports film, and an exploration of conflicting values, this drama proves that truth can indeed be stranger than fiction.
