Before the “Miracle on Ice” in 1980, came an equally suspenseful and exciting sports rivalry when Israel and the Soviets met at the European World Championship in 1977. With the backdrop of the 1972 Munich massacre and the Yom Kippur War, the story of the Israeli basketball team gripped the young nation. Interviews by Bill Walton and rRe-uniting members of the original team, including the legendary Tal Brody, this film recalls this amazing David-and-Goliath story with heart and suspense.
